Our Story 🌾🚫

When I was 16, I started getting terrible stomach pain every single night. We visited countless doctors 🏥, tried every suggestion they gave us, but nothing seemed to help. It took a whole year of frustration and confusion before we finally found the cause: gluten.

Cutting out gluten changed everything… but it also made life a lot harder — especially when it came to baked goods. 🥲 Finding gluten-free treats that actually tasted good felt impossible. Every cookie, cake, or slice of bread was either dry, bland, or full of weird additives.

That’s why I created Bakeologist by Baker's Lab. 💫
Because nobody — and I mean nobody — should have to miss out on the little luxuries just because they’re gluten-free.
